Use of grounds, Rec/Meeting Hall, picnic areas, Stargazer
"Treehouse," decks, unimproved areas, by guests of renters is not included unless
prior permission given by management.

Excellent river view. Basically, an elevated screened in deck.
No worry of bugs, rain or dew.
